Two things I want to share before we get into this week.
The first: I was recently invited to speak at the Optical Women’s Association, an ambassador call with senior leaders from across the optical industry. I presented a fluency framework that I have been developing through my consulting work with small businesses and teams.
A few of the attendees said something that confirmed exactly what I have been seeing everywhere: most companies have an AI policy. Almost none of them have a fluency program.
That gap is what I am building to close. I am launching my first AI fluency program, and I want you in the room. The details are below. Sign up. I genuinely cannot wait to be with you all live!!!
The second: almost everyone in that room said the same thing. I don’t have time.
So this is how the program is designed. It is a live cohort. You build in the working sessions. You leave with something working, not just a concept. The goal was never to teach theory. It was to get you building.
📋 The Cheat Sheet
For this week, I am sharing a cheat sheet I have been using for myself. In case you want a place to refer back to when AI terms come up in conversation and you want to know what people are actually talking about.
I used cooking as the analogy because we all cook, or eat, or are at least familiar with some part of a kitchen. The terms land every time.

📣 One More Thing
You said you don't have time. This is the program that gives it back.
Build Your AI Chief of Staff Using Claude Cowork
Here is what we are solving. Email, calendar, and news are the three silent drains that consume your time before real work even begins. In 4 live sessions, you will build a working AI Chief of Staff in Claude Cowork. No code. No prompts to memorize. No developer needed.
Here is what you walk away with:
A personalized AI workspace built around your role, goals, and voice
Three automated skills: inbox triage, calendar intelligence, and a daily briefing
An AI systems mindset that carries forward to any LLM your organization uses
You build all of it live, in the sessions. You leave with something working, not a concept to implement later.
If your organization runs on Microsoft 365 with Copilot, you will receive setup guidance to build the equivalent on that platform (but may have limitations based on the capabilities of Copilot).
How valuable was today’s issue for you?
